Fears, Phobias, Habits
A phobia is an irrational fear of either a place, situation or object that in reality
causes little or no real danger.
Specific or direct phobias are fears of things such as spiders, flying,
infections, snakes, heights, needles – the list goes on. These most common
phobias can be easily cured by hypnotherapy, which teaches a new behaviour
pattern in response to the phobia. So rather than feeling panicked when
boarding a plane, you would feel calm and in control.
A social phobia revolves around a fear of how others might see you, what they
think of you, and a feeling that whatever you’re doing is being noticed. Social
phobias can be treated using a variety of techniques. Visualization could allow
the client to ‘practice’ new behaviours while under hypnosis. Suggestions can
help raise the client’s self image and esteem so they start to see that they
are worthy and equal to anybody else.

“I had been feeling very vulnerable and lost my confidence after a lot of personal events and needed a boost, I saw Clair’s advertisement and decided to take action.
Although I was rather nervous and hadn’t really looked into hypnotherapy, I realised very quickly that Clair was someone who I could trust and made me feel very secure.
It only took a couple of sessions to help me with what I needed and each day since I have seen results and feel so good I use my mantra every day. I would highly recommend Clair Anthony” Fiona – London
