Free 20min Consultation
It is important for you to know how I can help you before you decide to go ahead, and I therefore offer a FREE 20 minute initial consultation. There is no obligation for you to book a session for further treatment. Over 20 minutes or so, we can talk about what you are seeking help for, and which type of therapy would be right for you. Most of all, it gives you an opportunity to talk to me and decide whether I am the right therapist for you. This can either take place over the phone or in person at my practice.

The number of sessions required can vary according to each individual and what we are working to achieve. he Sessions are paid for individually and I will advise you of how many you require at the initial consultation.
Counselling

Smoking Cessation
1 session of 1.5 - 2 hrs with a free follow up session within the
first year, if required.
The cost of this is £250 paid in cash at the start of the session.
Payment
Fees are payable in advance.
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer (bank details provided on request), before the first session.
Debit or Credit card payments are unfortunately not possible
at this time.

If a cancellation is required, please allow enough time. Appointments broken without a minimum of 24 hours notice are chargeable at the full session rate.

Please endeavour to keep to your appointment time and to inform your therapist of any delay. Late attendance may result in a reduced session.
